Along with NIH approved cancer treatments, including chemotherapy, mobile patients with stage I-III cancer who do aerobic exercise sessions of 2 minutes of gently jogging on the balls of his or her feet, continuously, he or she then has lymphatic drainage throughout his or her body. He or she builds up his or her endurance of gently jogging, and when he or she can complete sessions of 18 minutes of gently jogging on the balls of his or her feet, continuously, he or she has lymphatic drainage throughout his or her body, as before, then he or she has multitudes of beta endorphins flooding his or her brain, and then, if he or she lays fallow for 36 hours, he or she experiences recovery from cancer.

When a person is changed permanently for the better, for example the person being taught by a teacher that makes his or her life permanently better, better forever just having known someone, what has changed is the spirit of the person. This permanence, is what I understand as my personal immaterial spirit.
